Book Review: A Star Is Born; Photography and Rock Since Elvis

A week ago I bought the book "A Star is Born; Photography and Rock since Elvis".
It's a kind of compilation of photo's from Elvis to the Arctic Monkeys and the White Stripes.
The book's got a beautiful cover, which shows the famous Bowie photo, taken by Denis O'Regan.

The photos are not in chronological order, but they're ordered by photographer.
The first part of the book includes information about the artists, and of course all the rare and beautiful photos.
In the other half of the book you can read the photographers' biographies, and interviews.

A beautifully illustrated book, and a real must-have for every Classic-Rock lover!





The book's printed in Germany, and written by Ute Eskildsen.
